Summary - Power Line Summit 2026

Power Line magazine is turning 30 this year! And as part of the “celebration”, we will be hosting Power Line Summit on August 19 in New Delhi.

The Summit will cover the most pressing topic of the day – the role of electricity in India’s energy mix. The last few months have underscored the importance of energy security and the danger of relying on the import of oil and gas. And, the last few years have shown that we can get the energy we need (or most of it) from our own renewable sources.

The Summit will therefore focus on the path we need to follow to transition from petrostate to electrostate. It will discuss the approaches we need, the strategies we should deploy, and the solutions we should consider.

The sessions will be a mix of deep-dive interactions, sharp panels and a few content-rich presentations.
