FORMAT, DATE, LOCATION, AND COST:
This in-person course is scheduled for July 22 and 23, in the Animal Science Building, A222, Lincoln, NE 68583. The class meets from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on both days. Registration cost is $550/person. Registration fee includes printed materials, lunch and snacks on both dates, and certificate of completion with the seal of the International HACCP Alliance.
