Virtual Registration

Join Selected Sessions of #WAIMH2026 from Anywhere in the World

Not able to travel to Toronto this October? Virtual registration gives you live access to the Grand Ballroom program - the main stage of WAIMH 2026 - throughout the Congress, from October 2 to 6.

The virtual program includes the Opening Ceremony, daily plenary lectures and WAIMH award presentations, state-of-the-art lectures, master clinical case sessions, invited symposia, the New Investigator Talk, the Presidential Symposium, and the Closing Ceremony.

Recordings are added to the congress platform after each session, so you can watch on demand if the live schedule doesn't work for your time zone.

Virtual registration is a single-track experience. The 200+ concurrent sessions taking place in other rooms are not streamed or recorded. The Pre-Congress Institute, Welcome Reception, and Gala are also in-person only.

Virtual Registration Fees (Oct 2-6, 2026)

One registration gives you access to the virtual Grand Ballroom program throughout the Congress. There are no early-bird tiers or single-day virtual options.

What's Included:

  • Live streaming of the Grand Ballroom program throughout the Congress, October 2–6
  • On-demand recordings of streamed sessions, available on the platform after each session
  • Access to the congress platform and mobile app, including the full program, speaker information, and your personal schedule
  • Session times displayed in Eastern Time, with a one-click adjustment to your own time zone

Please note

The virtual program follows the Grand Ballroom schedule and does not run continuously for five full days. October 2 begins with the evening Opening Ceremony. October 4 streams in the morning only, as the Grand Ballroom is closed that afternoon for Gala preparations. On October 6, the Congress concludes at 3:00 p.m.

The Grand Ballroom program is published on the [Program page]. Sessions are shown with their room location, and any final room changes will be confirmed two weeks before the Congress.

Virtual registration can be cancelled for a full refund until October 1, 2026. No refunds are issued from October 2 onward, once the livestream begins.
