Congress Hotel Rate
$409 CAD per night + applicable taxes for single or double occupancy
The WAIMH 2026 Congress rate is reserved exclusively for registered delegates. The hotel’s reservation list will be cross-checked with the Congress registration list to ensure eligibility. Reservations not associated with a confirmed Congress registration may be adjusted to the hotel’s standard rate. This exclusive Congress rate will be available until 03 September 2026 or until sold out.

Booking Method
Reservations must be made only through the official booking link provided on this page. No external agencies, booking sites, or individuals are authorized to arrange or offer the WAIMH 2026 Congress rate on behalf of the organizers or the hotel. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Booking Policy and Cut-Off Date
- The Congress rate will be available until September 3, 2026, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.
- After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis at the hotel’s discretion.
- Changes or cancellations must be made directly with the Sheraton Centre Toronto according to the hotel’s policies.
- An additional charge of $30 CAD per night applies for each guest beyond double occupancy.
- Room rates are subject to applicable local taxes in effect at the time of check-in.
- Early Departure Fee: Guests checking out earlier than their confirmed departure date without notifying the hotel by 12:00 midnight ET on the day after check-in will be subject to an early departure fee of $50 CAD. Please confirm your departure date at check-in to avoid this charge.
- No Room Transfers or Resale: Rooms reserved under the WAIMH 2026 block are intended solely for registered Congress delegates. Reservations may not be reassigned, transferred, or resold to non-participants or third parties. Any unauthorized transfer or resale of reservations may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the Congress rate.

From water- and energy‑conserving guest programs and green cleaning products to waste reduction, composting, and energy‑efficient lighting, the Sheraton Centre is taking meaningful steps to reduce its environmental footprint.
This commitment also extends to responsible food practices. Unserved, safe‑to‑donate food is provided to Yonge Street Mission, with approximately 5,316 meals donated in 2025 - redirecting 932 kg of food to community members in need.
