Main Congress Registration
Be part of the 19th World Congress of the World Association for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH), taking place October 2–6, 2026, at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, Canada. Your in-person registration gives you full access to a week of learning, collaboration, and global connection.
Main Congress Days Registration (Oct 2-6, 2026)
Ideal for anyone attending the full Congress experience, this registration provides access to all scientific sessions, exhibits, daily coffee breaks and lunches (October 3–6, 2026), and the Welcome Reception on evening of October 2 - the official start of the Congress. Please note that this registration does not include the Pre-Congress Institutes on Oct. 2 or the Gala Dinner on Oct. 4 which are sold separately (see Add-ons page).

- Certificate of Attendance – Recognizing your participation in the 19th WAIMH World Congress following completion of delegate feedback survey.
Speaker Registration (Oct 2-6, 2026)
Available to accepted presenters of abstracts and symposia. Speakers receive the same inclusions as full delegates at a special reduced rate. Accepted abstract authors must register by May 29, 2026 to confirm their participation in the Congress program and take advantage of savings.
Single Day Main Congress Registration (Oct 2-6, 2026)
Can’t join us for the full Congress? Choose the day(s) that matters most to you and immerse yourself in that program’s sessions, exhibits, and networking breaks (gala excluded). Perfect for local professionals or attendees with limited time who still want to be a part of the WAIMH community.
Pre-Congress Institute (Oct 2, 2026)
Start your Congress experience early with a dedicated day of workshops and sessions that explore key areas of infant mental health. Registration for the Pre-Congress Institute includes lunch as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
What's Included:
Includes all the same benefits as the Full Congress Registration, limited to your selected day of attendance. You’ll have access to all sessions, exhibits, and networking activities taking place on that day.
Please note: Single Day Registration includes access to the Opening Ceremony / Welcome Reception happening in the evening of Friday, 02 October 2026.
1. Launch Saver Early Bird Registration rate is available from November 14, 2025 and will remain open until either (a) the first 100 successful registrations have been completed or (b) Early Saver Early Bird Registration rate kicks in on Jan 15, 2026.
2. Must be an active WAIMH Member to get these rates. Click here to become a member.
3. The student rate applies to individuals who are currently enrolled (full-time or part-time) in an accredited undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral (PhD/EdD/MD/PsyD) program at a recognized institution at the time of registration and at the time of the congress.
Post-doctoral fellows, residents, interns, clinical fellows, and other employed trainees are not eligible for the student rate.
Proof of current enrollment (such as a valid student ID and an official enrollment verification or registrar’s letter dated within 90 days) will be required when collecting badges onsite
4. Please note that we offer a special registration rate for delegates who are residents of countries listed as "Low Income", "Lower Middle Income" or "Upper Middle Income" on the official World Bank list.
5. Speakers with an active WAIMH membership are eligible to register at the WAIMH Member rate.
