Where and when is the AAAR 42nd Annual Conference?
The AAAR 42nd Annual Conference will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center, located at 401 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.
The conference dates are October 21 to October 25, 2024.
SUSTAINABILITY
The Albuquerque Convention Center operates over 600,000 square feet of space and knows its potential to leave a huge footprint on their environment. ACC has taken proactive measures in fighting waste in its public space with the reation of "Operation Mean Green".
Operation Mean Green is dedicated to the three-R’s: REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE. Since its inception in October of 2007, Operation Mean Green and the Albuquerque Convention Center have reduced, reused or recycled the following*:
- Recycled over 900 tons of materials (paper, plastic, aluminum and cardboard)
- Reduced 30% of its total waste that was being diverted to local landfills
- Donated 17 tons of food items to local charities and food banks
- Composted over 25 tons of food, paper and waxed cardboard products

The ACC, professionally managed by ASM Global, understands its responsibility to reduce its footprint on our local environment. We have made a commitment to this effort and will continue to develop new concepts and practices to further enhance our efforts.

TRAVEL
Hotel Accommodations
The conference will take place in the Albuquerque Convention Center located in the heart of Albuquerque. AAAR has secured room blocks at the following hotels:
- DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Albuquerque, located at 201 Marquette Avenue NW.
- The Clyde Hotel, located at 330 Tijeras Ave NW.

What dates should I book my travel?
If you are planning to attend the full conference, we recommend arriving on October 21st and departing on October 25th.

REGISTRATION
How do I register?
If you have registered for the conference before, please click here to register and make sure you use the email address used in your AAAR Membership profile. If you are a first-time registrant, please fill out our pre-registration form here. We offer early bird discounts, so register early!
Will there be on-site registration available?
Yes, on-site registration will be available. However, we encourage attendees to register in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process at the conference venue.

Cancellation policy:
There will be a $75.00 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. Refund requests received after July 10, 2024 will not be honored. Conference and tutorial registrations can be transferred to another individual. Refund requests should be e-mailed to events@aaar.org.

- New users: register on the site to create your account. After registering, check your email for a validation link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor for the conference?

How do I register as a sponsor/exhibitor?
All exhibitors and sponsors must fill out this form with the names and email addresses of your company’s expected attendees. If you have already completed this form, you can go directly to the registration site.
