This course is a 2-day class designed for new AclaraONE (and previous iiDEAS/TNS) Operators, Billing Administrators, Customer Service Representatives and Managers, TWACS Project Managers, and for anyone who will be using the TWACS system in their daily work.
2026 sessions are March 19-20, June 25-26, Aug 20-21, and Oct 22-23. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
This course will establish a foundation of understanding of how the TWACS AMI system operates and how data flows into AclaraONE.

Class times are from 8AM - 4PM daily at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
