Community engagement and nonprofit partnerships can play a vital role in helping students develop career-ready skills, discover their strengths, and connect their academic experiences to future professional success.
In this session, Doreen Grontkowski, Gwen Roemer, and Raechel Scarchilli from the University of Cincinnati will share practical strategies for integrating service-learning and community partnerships into student development efforts. Participants will explore ways to help students connect their passions, lived experiences, and transferable skills while building meaningful relationships with local nonprofit organizations.
