Day 1
  • Hotel Check-in Begins

  • Mix, Mingle, Play
    4:30 - 6:00 PM
    Join CMT’s Young Professionals Planning Group (YPPG) and other young professionals to connect and build relationships, spark conversation, and strengthen community through fun games and challenges! Plus ones and those young at heart welcome!
  • Wheels, Meals & Mingling – Good Food. Great People. CMT Strong. (Green Parking Lot)
    6:00 – 9:00 PM
    Get ready to kick off the festivities with food trucks, games, and mingling! Come and go as you please – stop by when it works for you! Enjoy the lawn games or play the new nine-hole executive golf course or just connect with other CMTers.
Day 2
  • Resort Activities – Planned & At Your Leisure (Throughout Resort)

    In addition to our corporate celebration events, you will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy all the resort has to offer where you can join in our scheduled activities or explore at your own pace.
  • The Welcome Toast – Celebrating CMT, together (Windsor Ballroom)
    5:00-6:00 PM
    Join us as we kick off an exciting night of celebration, connection, and fun!
  • Celebration Dinner (Hoosier Ballroom)
    6:30 PM
    The event kicks off with a perfect blend of delicious food allowing you to connect and unwind with colleagues in a festive atmosphere.
  • Gala Event – Celebrating CMT, together (Hoosier Ballroom)
    7:30 PM
    The celebration event honors our team’s hard work, achievements, and collaborative spirit that continues to drive our success. Enjoy listening to our highly regarded keynote speaker tell captivating stories and be prepared to be inspired.
  • Karaoke Finale (Hoosier Ballroom)
    9:15 PM
    Because every celebration deserves a soundtrack, wrapping up the night with laughter, music, and unforgettable performances! Step up for your solo debut, grab a colleague for a duet, or cheer from the crowd as we sing our way to the finale. And no talent required – just team spirit, big smiles, and a love for celebration! There will be a late night snack during the Karaoke.
