WELCOME TO AMIGOS FOR CHRIST VISION TRIP REGISTRATION!
We are so glad you'll be joining us in Nicaragua! Get ready for one of the best trips of your life! Before you begin registering, read everything below. There's some info that will make this process smooth. It should take about 15 minutes to complete, but each page will save your progress if you need to come back later and finish. Please note that the system will log you out if you leave the screen idle for 20 minutes.
Here's a quick list of things you'll definitely need:
- Another person with you to serve as a witness to e-sign your Release and Waiver of Liability - if you are under 18, your parent(s) must be present to e-sign this document. Everyone must have a unique e-mail address in oder to register.
- NEW: A PDF of your flight confirmation from the airline that you are flying on. This needs to be FROM the airline and must include your name, travel dates, departure and arrival cities and flight numbers(for both entering and leaving Nicaragua).
- Your passport (it must be valid at least 1 month prior to departure AND cannot expire within 6 months of your return home). Do not register with an expired passport.
- A clear scan (NOT a photo) of your passport is required at registration.
- Your medical information (including current medications)
- Emergency Contact information
- Safety is our biggest priority. So, if you're at least 18, one of the things you'll complete is a required background check. When you finish this registration, we'll send you an e-mail with a link to complete your background check online-free of charge.

We are happy to have you experience the Vision of Amigos for Christ with us as our guests. There will be no charge if you plan to stay with us at our property in Chinandega. Each guest/couple will be given a private room with bathroom.
If you prefer to stay at a local hotel however, we can make those arrangements for you at Hotel los Portales.
