Exhibits - 2026 CRWUA Annual Conference

The Colorado River Water Users Association (CRWUA) Annual Conference offers you an excellent opportunity to meet with many current and new clients, all in one fantastic location - Caesars Palace.

One of the highlights of the conference is the President's Reception, hosted by CRWUA and featuring HDR's wine tasting event, which is held in the exhibit area. The majority of registrants and guests attend this event.

The exhibit area is open Wednesday and Thursday of the conference. Conference attendees visit the exhibits regularly, including refreshment breaks and prize drawings. Registrants must visit the exhibits in order to qualify for the prize drawings.

Space is limited, so reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibit space is priced at $1,100 per booth, which includes:

10’ x 10’ booth with an 8’ high blue back drape, 3’ high blue side dividers
7" x 44" one-line identification sign
One 6’ draped table
Two side chairs
One wastebasket

Booth registration also includes one full conference registration package containing:

Entry to all conference sessions (Wednesday - Friday)
One (1) Thursday caucus breakfast meeting
One (1) Thursday lunch and program
Entry to the President's Reception on Wednesday evening
Entry to the Percolation and Runoff Reception on Thursday evening
Entry to the Exhibit Hall
There is no single-day registration
Does not include hotel accommodations
Full conference registration will be provided to primary booth registrant

Additional registrations and lunch tickets are available.

You may add booth attendants when you register your booth. There is no cost for additional booth attendants. Booth attendants will receive one name badge and entry to the Exhibit Hall. Booth attendants are limited to three attendants in addition to the main registrant for a total of four attendants per booth.

The Freeman Companies in Las Vegas will provide your additional exhibit needs. Material will be sent to you upon receipt of your reservation. Encore Productions can provide power for booth lighting or other uses.
