Group Registration Eligibility

Group registration rates are intended for individuals affiliated with the same organization or academic institution. Eligible groups include employees of a single organization or individuals from a single college, university, or academic department.

These rates are designed to support participation by organization colleagues and institutional teams and are not available to groups formed solely for the purpose of obtaining a registration discount.

To qualify, all registrants must share a common organizational or institutional affiliation and may be asked to verify eligibility. By selecting a group registration rate, you agree to promptly respond to any requests for documentation or verification from NCFR staff.

Group Registration Discounts:

  • 3–5 registrants: 15% discount
  • 6–15 registrants: 20% discount
  • 16+ registrants: 25% discount

NCFR reserves the right to adjust registration fees if a group is determined not to meet eligibility requirements.

NCFR Student Access Grant

NCFR is committed to addressing systemic racism and opening doors where racial and ethnic barriers exist. NCFR awarded 15 Student Access Grants in 2025, which covered conference registration fees, a $500 travel stipend, and a one-year NCFR membership for students who have never been an NCFR member.

Please help us ensure the inclusion of students from historically marginalized racial communities in the discipline of Family Science. Make a donation.

All individuals participating in the conference in any capacity must agree to abide by the 2026 NCFR Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver. You will confirm your agreement during the registration process.
