Real-Time Esophageal Assessment and Decision-Making in Foregut Surgery
Date-Wednesday, August 26, 2026
Time: 7:00am-4:00pm EST
Location:
Sibley Memorial Hospital
5255 Loughboro Rd NW
Washington, D.C. 20016
Objectives:
This in-person case observation is designed to provide surgeons with exposure to the clinical application of the Endoflip™ 300 System during foregut surgical procedures. Participants will observe how Endoflip™ measurements can be integrated into intraoperative decision-making during procedures such as hiatal hernia repair, Heller myotomy, Nissen fundoplication, and other foregut interventions. Through live case observation and discussion with expert faculty, surgeons will gain a deeper understanding of Endoflip™ technology, interpretation of distensibility measurements(TULIPS Class 2.0), and best practices for incorporating objective physiologic data into surgical workflows. The program will also highlight practical techniques for optimizing patient outcomes through data-driven procedural assessment.
