General Abstract Information
NCCN is now accepting abstracts* for consideration to be presented during the 2027 NCCN Annual Conference General Poster Session on Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20, 2027. NCCN welcomes original abstracts from investigators in the general oncology community. Submissions will be accepted from academic institutions, teaching and community hospitals, or industry. Both NCCN and non-NCCN institutions may participate. Research may fall into the general areas below:
- Clinical Oncology (all phases)
- Pre-Clinical Oncology
- Epidemiology/Risks/Prevention
- Correlative/Genomic
- Best Practices in Implementation and Use of Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Quality Improvement
- Outcomes and Health Services Research (including equity and disparities)
- Bioinformatics/Information Technology Sciences
- Case Studies and Literature Reviews
- Trials In Progress

*Please note that all submissions must have scientific merit. Submission of abstracts that are essentially advertisements is strongly discouraged.
General Accepted Abstract
Presentations and Participation
If your Abstract is approved for presentation at the 2027 NCCN Annual Conference, you must present your Poster in-person and on-site at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. This requires 2027 NCCN Annual Conference registration. A link for registration will be provided when available.
Health and Safety Update
The health and safety of all attendees and the patients they care for, as well as our staff, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors, remains our top priority.
NCCN will continue to follow CDC guidelines in addition to all federal and local regulations. Vaccinations and up-to-date boosters are strongly encouraged. NCCN encourages all attendees, staff, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors to use their best discretion and judgement. Should you become exposed to COVID-19 or experience any symptoms at the time of the conference or related programs, please consider participating virtually. Unfortunately, Abstracts cannot be presented virtually but you would have access to the NCCN Annual Conference Sessions as a virtual attendee.
