The Gaylord Rockies boasts stunning mountain views, a 15,000 sq-foot Games Lawn, a three-acre indoor/outdoor water park, world-class European-style spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, five restaurants, and close proximity to the vibrant heart of Denver! 

All rooms in the initial room block have been reserved due to the incredible interest in the Conference! Any availability due to cancellations can be found via the orange button below (the mandatory $28 Resort Fee is included in the rates shown). Please note that rooms are subject to availability.

Special Considerations 

The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is situated at an elevation of approximately 5,400 feet. To help your body adjust, we encourage you to stay well hydrated. Water will be provided throughout the Conference space, so bring a reusable water bottle (or stop by the TSC Alliance store if you forget yours!). Individuals with pre-existing conditions, including those with LAM or other lung or heart-related conditions, are encouraged to consult their doctor prior to traveling. 

Cancellation Policy 

First night deposit is required upon booking at the Gaylord. Cancellations made more than 5 days before the day of arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. 

Child Policy 

Children 17 years or younger will stay for free in their parents' room. 

Pet Policy 

Service animals only. 

Ground Transportation 

The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is 6.3 miles from Denver International Airport. Taxis, ride-sharing (e.g. Uber, Lyft), rental cars, and public transit are available at the airport. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service directly to or from the airport. 

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the 61st and Pena Station, the light rail train station. The 61st and Pena Station is on the A line and is one stop from Denver International Airport. The complimentary shuttle between the station and the hotel runs twice per hour between 5:30 AM and 11 PM. 

Parking 

On-site parking is available at a discounted rate for Conference attendees at $25 daily. Valet parking for $48 daily. 

Resort Fee 

Room rates in our block at the Gaylord are inclusive of the hotel’s mandatory $28 daily resort fee which includes: 

  • Resort Wide Internet Access including: Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access for up to six (6) devices and Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network 
  • Access to Arapahoe Springs Water Park 
  • Use of scheduled shuttle service to/from 61st & Pena commuter rail stop
  • Complimentary use of hotel bicycles 
  • Daily fitness class offerings 
  • Complimentary use of the basketball & tennis courts
