Thank you for your interest in being a part of YADAPP's Youth Staff!
YADAPP is a unique prevention and leadership conference in that it is planned and led completely by youth. Therefore, we take Youth Staff selection very seriously. Please take this application seriously and remember that this is a job application.
All applications must be submitted by 5pm on November 1, 2026.
Once you begin this application, you will need to fill in all the required fields. In order to help you prepare, there are 6 sections to this application:
1) Applicant Information: To give us basic information about you.
2) Contact Information: To let us know how we can reach you.
3) Youth Leader Requirements: To ensure that you meet the requirements of being a Youth Leader.
4) Essay Questions: 4 questions about yourself and your leadership experience with a 300 word limit each.
5) Letters of Recommendation: 2 letters of recommendation are required to be uploaded to this application from two different people over the age of 21 that are not in your family and can endorse your leadership skills. These letters should be on official letterhead and include the contact information of the person writing each one. You must have these letters in electronic format before beginning this application.
6) Youth Leader and Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement: To ensure that you and your parent/guardian (if under 18) understand the position and all that it entails.
