Event Cancellation & Substitution Policy

To preserve the quality of the Healthcare Fintech Forum and given its limited, invitation-only nature, the following policy applies:

Registration fees are non-refundable. All fees are final and will not be refunded for attendee cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, weather, or other personal or business circumstances.

Substitutions. If a registered attendee cannot attend, a colleague from the same organization may attend in their place at no additional charge, subject to prior written approval from the organizers. Since this is a CEO-level event, any substitutions must consider the seniority and executive level responsibilities of the recommended substitute. 

Cancellation by organizers. If the Healthcare Fintech Forum is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees paid. The organizers are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

No-shows. Registrants who do not attend without an approved substitution are not eligible for refunds, credits, or discounts on future events.

By submitting registration and payment, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms.
