Join your peers in interventional cardiology for an evening of conversation, networking, and discussion hosted by Dr. Ryan Kaple and Dr. Kanika Mody.

This peer-to-peer program will explore the prevalence of heart failure within structural heart patient populations and the challenges associated with ongoing management. Faculty and attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the role of hemodynamic monitoring with the CardioMEMS™ HF System in supporting care for indicated patients.

Food and refreshments will be available throughout the evening.

  • Recognizing heart failure in structural heart populations: Understanding the impact of heart failure and opportunities to identify patients who may benefit from closer monitoring.
  • Clinical insights through hemodynamic data: Exploring how PA pressure information may inform patient assessment and management within structural heart clinics.
  • Supporting connected patient care: Discussing approaches to engaging heart failure patients in their care through clinician-guided patient management with the CardioGuide™ HF App.
