Compliance Training

This training is part of a new, statewide compliance training initiative designed to help every Montana Health center strengthen and sustain a high-quality, effective compliance program. The training will bring together CEOs and compliance leaders to establish a shared foundation for compliance, explore best practices, and learn from peer organizations with strong compliance systems in place.

What: Montana Health Center Compliance Leadership Training

When: Monday, June 1 at 12:00 PM - June 2 at 5:00 PM 

Where: Copper King Hotel, Butte MT

Audience: CEOs, Compliance Officers, and Quality or Operational Leaders

Topics that we will cover will include:

• Legal and operational foundations of compliance
• OIG’s Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program
• Practical approaches to building compliance systems that support long-term success
• Practical principles to operationalize compliance
• Leading a culture of compliance
• Preparing for what’s next: HRSA, risk and continuous improvement

This training will be followed by a series of quarterly compliance webinars and ongoing technical assistance for the remainder of 2026, facilitated by Malek + Malek Attorneys.
