HOW MUCH DOES A BOOTH SPACE COST?
- INDIAN ARTS/CRAFTS - $600
- NON-PROFIT/EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION - $1,500
- TRIBE/TRIBAL CORPORATION - $1,500
- NON-TRIBAL CORPORATION - $2,500
- STATE/FEDERAL AGENCY - $2,500
Double booths will be charged as two booths.

Exhibitor Set-up:
Sunday, June 14 - 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Exhibit Hours:
Monday, June 15 - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 16 - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 17 - 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Dismantle:
Wednesday, June 17 - 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
HOW DOES THE NCAI EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PROCESS WORK?
- APPLICATION: Complete the online application process, and agree to all the terms and conditions. You will submit your payment info during the application, but you will only be charged for the space once approved.
- APPROVAL & PAYMENT: Once NCAI reviews and approves your application, you will get an approval notification, and your card will be charged.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A BOOTH SPACE?
Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes pipe and drape back and sides; one 6 ft table; two chairs; one waste basket; and one ID sign with your company/organization name.
HOW MANY BOOTH HELPERS ARE ALLOWED AT A SINGLE BOOTH?
Each booth registration includes up to two additional booth helpers.
HOW ARE BOOTH LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS DETERMINED?
NCAI’s policy is to place exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis for those who have submitted a registration form and completed their booth payment. Booth assignments are final.
IS THE MARKETPLACE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
The marketplace is a free event that is open to all Convention attendees and the general public.
CAN EXHIBITORS ATTEND OTHER PARTS OF THE CONVENTION?
Exhibitor registration does not include Convention registration. Exhibitors must register separately as Convention attendees to attend plenary sessions and breakout sessions. There are Convention events that are open to all attendees, including Task Forces, federal consultations, federal listening sessions, and evening events.
