About the Speaker:

Rachel Bernini, DSW, LSW, SHRM-CP, ACC, is Director of Employee Experience at Service Access & Management, Inc., where she leads leadership development, employee experience, and organizational development initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and organizational effectiveness. With nearly 20 years of experience in human services and more than 15 years in leadership, Rachel designs practical, evidence-informed approaches that help leaders communicate with clarity, build accountability, and develop high-performing teams. She holds a Doctorate in Social Work and is a Licensed Social Worker, SHRM Certified Professional, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Organizational Development Coach, and Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.
