How will our logo be used?
Sponsor logos may appear on:
- Event registration pages
- Event signage
- On-site displays
- Digital communications
- Post-event recognition materials
Sponsorship Benefits
How many party passes are included with my sponsorship?
Each sponsor receives 30 complimentary party passes.
Party passes may be used by:
- Employees of your organization
- Treasury practitioner clients
- Treasury practitioner prospects
Can we request additional party passes?
Please contact us if you anticipate needing additional passes. Requests will be reviewed based on event capacity and availability.
Guest Registration
Do sponsors need to register before attending?
Yes. Every party attendee must complete the online registration process before attending the party.
How do I register?
Sponsors will receive a unique registration link and QR code to share with their team and invited guests.
Each guest must register individually.
Can guests register using a personal email address?
Registration is only available using a corporate email address. If guests, do not have a corporate email, please contact us for assistance.
Can multiple people register using the same email address?
No. Each attendee must register using their own unique work email address.
Is on-site registration available at Hakkasan?
No. All attendees must be approved before arriving at the party.
Registration Approval Process
Are all registrations automatically approved?
No. Registrations are reviewed by the Tradeweb Events team to ensure guests meet our attendance guidelines.
Who is eligible to attend?
The party is intended for:
- Sponsor representatives
- Corporate treasury professionals
- Approved invited guests
Can other conference vendors attend?
Attendance by non-sponsoring vendors is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before extending an invitation.
Can competitors attend?
No. Representatives from Tradeweb competitors are not eligible to attend the event.
I'm unsure whether someone is eligible. What should I do?
Please contact us before inviting the guest. We're happy to review individual situations in advance.
Party Passes
When will we receive our party passes?
Sponsors may pick up their party passes on the first day of the AFP Conference at Tradeweb Booth #1737.
Additional pickup details will be shared closer to the event.
Can someone else pick up our passes?
Yes. Please let the Tradeweb Events team know in advance who will be collecting your passes.
When do we give attendees their party pass?
Party pass badges should only be distributed to guests whose registrations have been approved.
Event Entry
What does my guest need to enter the party?
Guests must present:
- Their approved registration QR code
- Their official Tradeweb party pass
Both are required for entry.
What happens if someone forgets their party pass?
As long as the guest has registered and received their QR code, we can look them up in the system and grant entry into the event.
What happens if someone arrives without registering?
Guests who have not completed registration in advance will be asked to step out of the line and register with the Tradeweb Events team. As long as they met the guest criteria, they will be admitted to the event.
