There will be no refund or credit issued if you do not complete the CE Refresher.
Certified Examiners are required to attend a New York State DMV-approved CE Refresher at least once every three years to maintain certification. PTSI has been offering Refresher Seminars since 1996 – before 1998 regulations required attendance.
The 2026 CE Refresher focuses on identifying common errors & violations on required forms and detecting physical deterioration.
