What if You Have to Decide Before You Know for Sure? Design One Experiment You Can Start This Week
Most of us are being asked to step into something unfamiliar right now. A role that did not exist a year ago. A team being rebuilt around tools no one has quite figured out yet. A job whose boundaries keep moving. There is plenty of advice about how to make the right decision. There is a lot less about how to move when you do not know the answer yet. Victor Saad founded Experience Institute after spending a year building his own alternative to graduate school - a Leap Year of apprenticeships and self-designed projects - and has spent the decade since building experiences for professionals and organizations. In this session you will apply his sequence of exposure, access, action and reflection to a transition you are actually in rather than one you are contemplating, alongside a room of peers doing the same. You will leave having designed one experiment you can start this week: a specific conversation to have, a small thing to try. By the end of the month, you will know something about your direction that no amount of further thinking would have told you.
