Stay active and energized all summer long with our Summer Fitness Series at Zarett Rehab & Fitness. Each month, we’re opening our doors for a complimentary group fitness class—no membership required. Whether you’re a regular in the gym or just getting started, it’s a great opportunity to move your body, try something new, and experience everything Zarett has to offer. After each session, enjoy a light snack before heading back to your day feeling refreshed and recharged. 

Circuit & Snacks is designed for busy professionals, combining conditioning with expert medical oversight. You will move rapidly through timed cardiovascular and strength intervals utilizing state-of-the-art conditioning equipment while Josh McDearmon, Physical Therapist, adjusts the complexity of every movement, ensuring you hit peak exertion safely.

Please note: Registration is required but doesn’t guarantee entry. Space is limited, and admission is first-come, first-served. Please arrive early. Check‑in opens 10 minutes before class.

This event is in-person only and will not be recorded. Attendance for this event is only available to teammates working at Comcast Headquarters Philadelphia.

INSTRUCTOR

Josh McDearmon, PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

Josh McDearmon is a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) originally from Roanoke, Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Arcadia University and has been part of the Zarett Rehab team at the Comcast Center since 2022. Josh specializes in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, with additional experience working in corporate wellness settings where he focused on postural restoration and ergonomic intervention. He combines evidence-based rehab techniques with strength and conditioning principles to help clients recover effectively and prevent future injury. Outside of the clinic, Josh enjoys spending time at the shore and exploring the city.
