AIEC 2026 Sponsorship and Exhibition Application Form

Please read the following information before proceeding with your application

After you submit your application, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application. (Please email us if you do not receive this email). 

Your application will be reviewed and assessed by the AIEC Committee and a response will be emailed to you early in 2026. Due to the popularity of some of the packages, there may be a further delay if several organisations apply for the same package. Your application is not confirmed until approved by the AIEC Committee. 

Sustainability as a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor 

AIEC 2026 seeks to be as sustainable as possible. Please ensure you have read the AIEC sustainability guide for Exhibitors and Sponsors.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and package prices exclude the 10% goods and services tax (GST). GST will be added to your package price in the final stages of the application process. 

You have a 20-minute time frame to complete your application form. Once you click 'Next' all information will be saved so you will be able to come back at a later stage to complete your application if needed.
