Every student deserves a school with caring, experienced educators and the support they need to thrive. Making that possible means respecting, supporting, and listening to the people who work in our public schools.

Join VEA on Martin Luther King Jr. Day to advocate for:

· Collective bargaining legislation that gives public school employees a stronger voice to advocate for the working and learning conditions students need.

· Fair and just compensation that brings teacher pay to the national average and ensures a living wage for school support staff, helping our schools attract and keep the dedicated people students count on.

Dignity at work. A collective voice. Stronger schools for every student
