Overview:

Starting an independent medical practice takes more than clinical skill; it requires business fundamentals, legal fluency, and the right network. The AMA Independent Practice Accelerator Workshop is a two-day, hands-on experience designed for physicians considering independent practice or in the early stages of building one. Through expert-led sessions and practical activities, you'll leave with the core competencies, AMA resources, and peer connections to move forward with confidence.

Strategic Objectives:

  • Provide essential independent practice skills and knowledge in a high-impact, concentrated format
  • Connect physicians with AMA resources, tools, and professional peers
  • Establish accessibility pathways for physicians unable to participate in extended incubator programs

Curriculum & Learning Sessions:

The curriculum is tailored to audience priorities and experience levels, with practical, hands-on activities designed to fit within the two-day format. All sessions will leverage existing AMA content and resources as foundational materials.
