Overview

Bueller?... Bueller?... Bueller?... Not just another day in class! During this three-day workshop-based seminar, we will discuss and refresh on some of the basics but will also dive into the foundations of building (or rebuilding) a successful Compliance Risk Management Program. As compliance continues to move from the “letter of the law” to a risk-based approach, reading regulation is only a piece of what we need to know to maintain an effective program.

Taught by professionals who have been the “boots on the ground,” Compliance Officer Boot Camp 2.0 provides real world insight and useful tools for you to take back to your organization to evaluate and enhance the program you have in place. In addition, we will provide a list of complimentary valuable resources to assist compliance staff.

Whether you have consumer compliance or BSA/AML responsibilities, the Compliance Officer Boot Camp 2.0 is for you!

During Compliance Officer Boot Camp, we will cover:

  • Refresher on the basics;
  • Oversight expectations;
  • Risk assessments;
  • Policy and procedure development or review;
  • Compliance monitoring, reporting, and development;
  • Complaint management programs;
  • Training; and
  • More…
