AI Operations in Action: Using AI to Improve Back-Office Workflow
Community college professionals are constantly asked to do more with less. The work keeps growing, but the employee directory does not. Something has to give, and it doesn't have to be your sanity. In this practical, hands-on workshop, attendees will examine how AI can relieve bottlenecks and streamline repetitive processes in your back office - allowing you to get more done with fewer resources. Using a concurrent enrollment workflow as an example, attendees will explore using AI to simplify the complex, high-volume administrative work that takes place behind the scenes. Attendees will also leave with a practical playbook for applying this approach to their own teams and other workflows.
