2026 CII-NYU Corporate Governance Bootcamp

Summary

Registration is open for Corporate Governance Bootcamp, a premium professional education program developed as a partnership between CII and New York University School of Law's Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance. The event will take place November 12-13 at NYU School of Law's Lipton Hall (Located in D’Agostino Hall) at 108 West Third Street, New York, NY 10011.

This two-day curriculum, offered only in-person and once a year, covers a broad range of topics in corporate governance, proxy voting and engagement. Instructors include NYU faculty as well as seasoned practitioners, regulators, directors and activist investors.

Both days of instruction include lunch and a closing reception for all attendees. This course is open to the public, and CII members may take advantage of discounted rates to attend.

Costs:

• Current CII Members: By September 1: $2,695| After September 1: $2,995
• Non-Members: $3,795

Event Details:

• All attendees must register in advance to attend. No onsite registration will be allowed.
• Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• CII has arranged a limited discounted block of rooms at the Washington Square Hotel, in the heart of Greenwich Village and a 2-minute walk to NYU School of Law.
• Registration closes on Friday, November 6 at 5 PM ET
• No refunds for cancellations after October 30
