The SUNY Office of Community Colleges, in partnership with Achieving the Dream (ATD) and SUNY Center for Professional Development (CPD) will support virtual webinars for nominated participants to provide a CC Community of Practice on Adult Learners.

This session will include (1) high impact strategies for retaining adult learners based on research and field practice and (2) near term strategies and tactics to support the newly enrolled adult learners reaffirm their pathways choices.
November 21st, 2025 from 12:00PM-1:30PM
This session will be a debrief on initial enrollment/registration and advising experiences for SUNY Reconnect. Participants will receive a short survey in advance to identify initial challenges and examples of high impact practices that can be utilized for the Spring 2026 semester and beyond.
