As consumers increasingly share their financial data with AI agents & AI-powered tools to help them manage their money, an important question arises: When should a human be in the loop?

In granting consent for data sharing; in expanding or extending that consent; or in completing other actions on behalf of the consumer… when and how should a consumer be involved? When and how should agents be empowered to act autonomously? How might ecosystem-level standards, frameworks, or best practices help? And where might policies or consumer expectations play a role driving how experiences get built?

With many companies actively working to build or adapt account linking integrations for agentic tools, and with policymakers grappling with how best to ensure consumers remain protected, we’ll tackle these questions in an evening of conversation with industry thought leaders & gathered practitioners.

Panelists Include:

Kevin Feltes, CEO, Financial Data Exchange

Ryan Miller, Vice President & Senior Counsel, Innovation Policy, American Banking Association

Delicia Hand, Senior Director, Consumer Reports

Alex Rosenberger, Senior Policy Analyst - Center for AI, Future of Privacy Forum
