Day One

We will spend the first day analyzing what makes an institution reportable, what makes a transaction reportable (or exempt!), who has reporting responsibility in certain transactions and when to collect GMI. We will cover:

Day Two

We will discuss, in detail, how to fill out your LAR in detail! We’ll also look at the most common issues spotted in our audits. We will cover:

  • Reportable Data Points (all of them!)
  • Filing Instruction Guidance (which code to report and when)
  • Software Edits
  • Submission and Disclosure Requirements
  • Common Audit Findings

Who Should Attend

The Advanced HMDA seminar is designed for all HMDA reporters. Appropriate staff to attend would include loan officers (including commercial loan officers), compliance officers, loan processors, loan administration, loan review and internal audit personnel.
