AIRPORT TRANSFERS
To connect with your driver at the airport, please go outside of your airport terminal to the street. There, you will see a driver with a sign that says "St. Jude QUALTRAIN." They will take you to the Trademark Hotel.
Our team will share information with you regarding your designated time to be in the lobby of the hotel upon departure for your transfer back to the airport.

VISA INFORMATION
All participants are responsible for obtaining an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter Kenya when applicable. For detailed information regarding this process, please visit the ETA Website.
Make plans to apply for your ETA at least 2 weeks in advance.
EVENT INFORMATION
The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine will pay for your airfare to and from Nairobi, Kenya, as well as lodging and meals during the event. Transportation to and from the airport will also be provided.
