Whether new to public outreach or seeking to refresh existing skills, participants will learn about the key requirements, best practices, and innovative techniques that support FDOT’s commitment to continuous, purposeful community engagement and strengthens relationships with transportation partners, stakeholders, and the public.

Target Audience: FDOT Staff and Consultants from Planning, Environmental Management, PD&E, Design, Right of-Way, Construction, Maintenance, and Modal. Open to staff from all FDOT Districts
