We are excited to be heading to the Austin Marriott Downtown in Austin,Texas for the 2026 AMRPA Educational Conference and Expo!

The conference program will focus on innovative strategies to keep rehabilitation professionals ahead of the curve and providing the highest quality of care, as well as advocacy efforts in the interest of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and units, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and other medical rehabilitation providers.

All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and pay to attend. All payments must be received in full in order for attendees to pick up badges at registration. 

REGISTRATION RATES

Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, exhibit hall access, breakfasts, lunches, networking breaks, and receptions taking place September 27 -30, 2026. It does not include pre-conference workshops.

AMRPA will extend member registration rates to employees of any member organization in good standing; please note that membership status will be verified. Nonmembers whose organizations join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate. Not an AMRPA member? Join today to take advantage of the member rate and gain access to members-only content. 

Facilities registering 5 or more employees qualify for group registration pricing. Please contact info@amrpa.org with any questions about these rates.

MRMC CERTIFICANTS REGISTRATION RATES

There is a $100 discount for all MRMC certificate holders.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION

Each sponsor or exhibitor company receives one free full conference registration. If additional company representatives wish to attend to staff the exhibit booth, they must pay the exhibitor registration fee of $450 per person. If any company representatives wish to attend the conference sessions or other events, they must pay the full registration fee. Please register your staff online accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notices must be sent to in writing to info@amrpa.org. Cancellations received on or before Friday, August 7, 2026 will receive a refund, minus a $300 cancellation fee. After August 7, 2026, a cancellation fee of $400 or 50% of registration paid, whichever is greater, will be charged and any remaining balance refunded. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $300, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, September 1, 2026, or for no-shows. In the event that an AMRPA activity is cancelled, participants will be contacted by email immediately and allowed the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration fee to a future AMRPA event.
