Arrive on May 1 and kick off your experience with a welcome dinner at The Diplomat Hotel. Then, on May 2 and 3, get ready for the excitement of the F1 Miami Grand Prix — a premier event featuring world-class Formula 1 racing on a thrilling circuit. Departures are scheduled for May 4.
1. Review the Miami F1 Grand Prix information and determine if you would like to nominate your customer(s) to attend.
2. Click the "Request to Attend" Button above, you will be taken to the request form. Please fill out all applicable fields.
3. This year, requests are done by customer company instead of customer name. You will be asked for the company information, and then asked for specific customers from this company who you would like to invite to attend. You may request several. You will need the customers name, title, and email address.
4. You may include up to two customer companies to attend the event per request. If you'd like to nominate customers from more than two companies, you will need to submit an additional request.
AIRFARE AGREEMENT
First-class airfare is provided for all customers, dealers and suppliers. Upon registration, you will receive a unique link in your confirmation email to select your preferred travel time, departure airport and confirm flight details. Travel confirmations will be sent immediately upon this selection to your email. No credit card is required.
Once a flight has been booked, any costs resulting from a cancellation or change are the responsibility of the dealership. This includes flights booked for both dealership attendees and any customers they are hosting.
