Leadership Orientation is a 3-day event held at the Encompass Health Home Office in Birmingham, Alabama. During Leadership Orientation, you will learn more about Encompass Health and its operations, learn in-depth specifics to your job role, participate in a Business Simulation intended to help you better understand how decisions impact hospital strategy, and network with fellow leaders across the country.
