This is a one-day course intended for individuals who require a comprehensive technical understanding of the Aclara RF Electric Network with emphasis on the function and operating details of system components and the AclaraONE user interface: new AclaraONE (and previous iiDEAS/ElecSolve/Parsons MDM) operators, billing administrators, customer service representatives and managers, AMI project managers or supervisors, network administrators, IT personnel, and anyone who will be using AclaraONE in their daily work.
Note: Students should have sufficient computer skills to administer their own PC and perform basic troubleshooting.
2027 sessions are February 24 and August 25. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
This course will establish a foundation of understanding of how the RF electric AMI system operates and how data flows into AclaraONE.

Class times are from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
