About the Conference

The Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail (CLEAR), along with  co-hosts Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) and International  Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO), is excited to deliver the  2026 Conference bringing together the nation's leading experts in retail  crime prevention and investigation.

This conference features a comprehensive agenda addressing  traditional Organized Retail Crime alongside the escalating threats of  cargo theft and cyber incidents impacting the retail supply chain.  Attendees will gain emerging insights from industry leaders, learn  investigative tactics to dismantle criminal networks at scale, and  discover proven solutions to prevent and mitigate large-scale loss  events. The program combines strategic intelligence sharing with  practical enforcement methodologies designed to address the evolving  threat landscape facing retailers and law enforcement agencies  nationwide.
