About the Meeting
We are excited to invite you to the 2026 AASHTOWare Project User Group (PUG) Conference! This conference offers an invaluable opportunity for AASHTOWare Project users to connect, collaborate, and share insights. Over the course of the week, you'll engage with fellow users, provide feedback, and contribute to shaping the future direction of the product. In addition to networking, attendees can participate in hands-on training sessions and attend specialized workshops tailored to different modules.

Attire
Business casual attire is encouraged during meetings and sessions, while casual attire is acceptable for evening and social events. Remember a light sweater or jacket for air-conditioned meeting rooms.
New This Year
Based on feedback from past PUG Conferences, we have condensed this year’s conference by removing the Sunday PUG board meetings. We also moved the PUG reception to Wednesday evening, giving attendees the option to leave a day earlier.
