Guests - There are limited seats reserved for guest at a fee of $890, limit one per paid registration. This guest registration must be included with the primary attendee's registration. This is offered before checkout as an option. Only paid and registered guests of attendees will be allowed in the meeting space and also allowed in the main exhibitor and dining areas during meal times. 

Hotel Information: The event will be held at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel, a four-star luxury resort with spa facilities and located on Lake Carolyn close to the DFW International airport. Walk to nearby restaurants or take a gondola ride or stand-up paddle bord on the lake. Toyota Music Factory is within walking distance. This resort is located in Irving, Texas. 

DFW International airport is 8.5 miles away ( average driving time 10 minutes)

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is 8.5 miles away (average driving time 14 minutes)

AAOT tries to provide a variety of options but if you are following a strict diet please make other arrangements to accommodate your needs.
