Course Format:
This is a Blended Certification course.
This certification is a mix of eLearning and two live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning modules must be completed prior to each live session in order to participate.
Pre-session eLearning is a requirement in order to participate in the live sessions - please factor this into your schedule accordingly.

All sessions will be recorded. Portions of the recording may be used in faculty training resources within Korn Ferry.
