Refund and Transfer Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Before July 10, 2026: Participants who cancel their registration in writing on or before July 10, 2026, will receive a full refund less a $75 handling fee.
  • After July 10, 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 10, 2026.

Registration Transfers

Registrations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional charge. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing, at state@fpra.org, and include the replacement attendee's contact information.
