Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Casablanca, Morocco for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Royal Air Morocco from New York (JFK) to Casablanca (CMN) departing on December 26, 2026.

(Please note that we do not have domestic add-on fares from other cities to connect with the group in New York.)

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

October 09, 2026:

Please complete and submit the flight reservation form if you wish to join the group flight. Please register online with credit card payment. Your credit card will not be charged until you receive and accept an itinerary and fare quote.

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

Your return ticket is valid until June 25, 2027 (6 months) from Casablanca back to the city of your departure.
We are offering group return flights departing Casablanca on January 16, 2027. You may fly back with the group, or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date from Casablanca. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date for $479 plus any difference in fare by contacting our Frosch Student Travel office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require advance notice. The ticket you purchase has limited availability on the flights. Please note that June, July, August, November and December are the busiest months for travel.
Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bags weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and depth). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 10 pounds and the total dimension of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and depth).

All airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in oversized or overweight luggage because it might result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.
