This invitation is extended to the Principal Investigator and Primary Study Coordinator/Nurse from each participating site. The meeting will be held at the Holmes Hotel London and the CHARM Hospitality Staff will coordinate the meeting arrangements and details of your travel. Registration Deadline: Friday, 9 October 2026

We welcome 1-2 attendees per site to register and attend meeting functions. Guests are not permitted to attend any sponsored meeting functions. We thank you for your cooperation.
