Major RFO Impacts to the Workforce

Third in a three-part series dedicated to a discussion about the sweeping impacts of the Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO). This session will focus on the tradeoffs that federal agencies may be making for speed-to-contract given shrinking staffs, a push for non-traditional buying methods when some agencies still struggle with the basics, and accountability when familiar/traditional safeguards are no longer present in the regulations. Conversation will be geared toward how federal agencies can make the new latitude and discretion of the RFO work.
