Overview of the Program

The Leadership Excellence Program is a leadership development program designed to transform mid-level Managers at Ford and Lincoln dealerships into confident, high-impact leaders, through a two-day, in-person Summit followed by a four-month series of virtual workshops.

Program Structure

  • Two-Day In-Person Summit: Engaging keynotes, expert-led workshops, peer-to-peer collaboration, and action planning for immediate and long-term impact.
  • Four Monthly Virtual Workshop Series*: Four Monthly interactive sessions focused on core leadership skills, reinforcing and expanding on Summit learnings.  

*Attendance at 3/4 monthly virtual workshops is mandatory for Program completion.
