Contemporary Endodontic Foundations for General Practice 

This is a two-day program designed for general dentists to gain confidence, improveand expand their clinical skills when performing endodontic treatment. The participantwill have access to endodontic motors, files, MTA cement and obturation systems forhands-on sessions.

Topics included during the two days range from diagnosis, access preparation, locatingcanals, and cleaning and shaping through to obturation, hands-on application of MTAcement and understanding prognosis. The participants will have ample time duringthe two days to practice and improve the skills on extracted teeth.

Detailed demonstration illustrating techniques step-by-step will be given prior toparticipations trialling these during the hands-on component. 

The course requires practitioners to collect eight(8) extracted teeth (no third molars). Practitioners are encouraged to bring their loupes.

Explore contemporary methods for negotiating, shaping, and disinfecting the root canal system across varying levels of difficulty. Understand how to avoid procedural complications while incorporating ultrasonic tools and effective irrigation protocols into everyday workflows.

Hands-On Training to Build Clinical Confidence

Apply theory into practice through extensive hands-on sessions using extracted teeth. Work with endodontic motors, file systems, obturation techniques, and MTA cement to refine skills in filling, pain management, and real-world clinical application.
